it begins with a smile

September 14, 2017

A new project has been born.  Instead of collecting feathers on my walks I will collect broken glass, as much as my palm can carry.  There is plenty.  This morning early I went for a short walk around the school.  The poor earth worms don’t have a chance.  They are devoured each morning.  It’s kind of sad really.

I was talking to my holistic coach about how I’m not a morning person but when I get up early and walk I absolutely love the sound of the morning, it’s like no other sound of the day.  I love the lighting, I love the morning air.  I love mostly that I don’t see people on my morning walks.  She asked if I was an introvert?  Of course I am.  She said, “that’s why you love morning walks, you can avoid people”  It’s not that I don’t love people, I LOVE people.  I can have some really good conversations with a PERSON, not people.  It made perfect sense.

It’s almost Friday.  Enjoy your day, give some love and find some love, it’s all around us and it starts with a smile.

I want to thank you for stopping by. I appreciate you taking an interest in what I share here in this space.  I know you are very busy so it means even more when you take a moment of your time to spend it here.  I'm very grateful. I have been spending more time on You Tube and if you would like to visit there, I would love to see you.
